TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 14, 2021 – Cream Filled Donut Day

 

NEWS:
The Final Four Mascot Choices are:

Mountaineers

Crimson Hawks

Lumberjacks

River Hawks

Students will be voting for their choice of mascot today during English classes. Each person can vote once. The link to voting is located in their Graduating Class Google classroom. Students can get their class code to join their google classroom from any English teacher or Mrs. Ressa. Running Start students may vote through Google Classroom.

Today is picture day!  All students, whether they are ordering pictures or not, need to have their picture taken for ID cards.  We will be calling students to the auditorium via the intercom system.

Students who are interested in furthering their education in the Field of Medicine are encouraged to attend Scrubs Camp at SCC- Colville Campus on Saturday, October 16th.  Camp is free and includes lunch and a T-shirt.  Signs are posted in the Counseling Office window.  Applications  are found at:  www.edu/scrubscamp

Please see Mrs. Ressa in the Library if you haven’t checked out a computer yet!

 

Reminder:   Please return laptop insurance forms as soon as possible.  If they aren’t returned by September 24th, it is assumed you do not want insurance.  Please take care of your charger, if you lose it, the cost to replace it is $20!  Be Responsible!!!

 

If you haven’t done so yet, please turn in your free/reduced lunch application.  If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, your ASB card fee, dues for clubs, etc. will be waived.  See Kristi Arms in the main office if you have questions.


MEETINGS/CLUBS/SPORTS:
ASB Executive Board meeting today at lunch in the Library (Library will be closed at lunch)

Auditions for the comedy, “A High Schooler’s Guide to the Galaxy” will be held after school in the auditorium tomorrow.  Everyone is welcome….no experience or preparation necessary.  You may check a script out in Room 123.  There are many major, minor, and bit parts.

Colville High School Equestrian Club is starting the 21-22 season. Interested new riders can pick up information in the CHS office. Registration meeting is today at 6:00 p.m. in room 121.
